I chose the movie Ferris Bueller's day off because I thought that I would be funny seeing that the people that I took photos of were teachers and the plot of the movie is kids skipping school.I chose both teachers I knew and a teacher that I didn't really know. I didn't have a very solid reason to choose these teachers. I felt like they would fit the rool and give all of the sass that was needed. I really like the end product of what I made. I like it because it is ironic.I think that it is funny and I learned a lot about photoshop. Laurel, September 2022
Passion Magazine Covers
For this project i I interviewed Jake. I learned that he likes to bike. I knew that he was on the bike team but I learned more about what he would want in the aesthetics of a bike magazine. Personally I liked illustrator more than photoshop. I like that there weren't as many moving parts that I could mess up easily. I grew as a digital artist by not getting too attached to anything that I was doing. I started with one idea and some different texts that didn't look too good. I learned not to get attached to my first idea and that the changes that I made could actually make my final product better. I think that I did a good job at managing my time, taking feedback, getting all of the pieces I needed and of having an idea that was successful. My original idea and sketch have many similarities to my final work. I think that a strength for me in this project was receiving feedback and actually using it. I think that I could have planned out my original design more in the beginning.

ADOBE AUDITION - SOUND DESIGNING
FOR MY PROJECT I CHOSE THE BOOK PIG THE TOURIST. I USED THE RECORDING OF SOMEONE READING THE BOOK AS WELL AS ADDED SOUND EFFECTS LIKE CRASHING, BITING, SAD VIOLIN AND OTHERS. I ALSO USED SOME QUIET MUSIC THAT CARRIED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE READING. I wanted to help enhance the feelings that I had when listening to it by addin extra sounds. I would say that I am at an 8 with my Adobe Audition skills. I feel like I have a good understanding of how to use Adobe Audition but I don't like working with it as much as other things that we have used in the past.
